The following documents comprise the terms and conditions under which we provide our services and your use of them. By using our services, you are agreeing to the applicable terms. Please read them carefully.
Master Service Agreement (MSA) - This agreement is for individuals or individuals acting on behalf of entities (such as organisations) who create a GoXpro Instance and clearly sets out items pertaining to the licensee of a GoXpro instance.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) - This document sets out the agreed levels of service for paid license holders.
Data Processing Addendum (DPA) - This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) is incorporated into, and is subject to the terms and conditions of, the Master Services Agreement between goXpro Pty Ltd ACN 169 502 014 (“GoXpro”) and the customer entity that is a party to the Agreement (“Customer”) (the “Agreement”).
Technical and Organizational Security Measures (TOMs) - The Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs) apply to GoXpro services. Evidence of measures implemented by GoXpro may be presented in the form of attestations, reports, screenshots or extracts from relevant sources upon request from entitled customers.
