Set up your availability & specific override times.

This guide provides a walkthrough of scheduling bookings using the GoXPro app.

Step 1: Setting up availability

  • Access the coach's app settings page and navigate to the "Settings" tab.
  • Go to the "Availability" section.
  • Define the maximum number of days in advance for bookings and add buffer time between appointments if necessary.
  • Establish default availability for each day of the week.
  • Use the "+" button to add availability slots. Specify the slot's location, session types, and duration.
  • Click "Add" to publish the availability.
  • Repeat the process to set up availability for the entire week.

Step 2: Client booking process

  • Clients can now book appointments during the coach's available hours via the member's app.
  • After booking, clients will receive an SMS booking reminder.
  • Bookings and cancellations appear in real-time in the coach's calendar, and the coach will receive email notifications.

Step 3: Override

  • To override default availabilities on specific days, click the "+" button in the right column.
  • Choose the day(s) in the calendar for an override and make the necessary modifications to time, appointment type, or location.
  • Utilize the bin icon to mark yourself as unavailable for particular days.
  • Click "Add" to confirm the overrides in the calendar.

Step 4: Saving changes

  • After configuring default availabilities and overrides, click the "Save" button to publish the changes.

 

Congratulations! You've successfully set up and customized the 1-1 Booking feature, streamlining the scheduling process for coaches and clients.
