Quick Guide: Modify sessions & programs on the fly.

 

Step-by-step guide

Access the program:

  • Open the client's folder and click on the 'Programs' tab.
  • Locate the 'Add' button at the top right of the page and click it to start a new program.

Create a new program:

  • You will be presented with options to add either a blank program (ranging from one to five days) or a prebuilt program template.
  • Select an option and click 'Add'.

Add exercises:

  • Find the '+' (plus) button to add exercises in the newly created program.
  • Clicking this button reveals several options.
    • Add from program template: Incorporate a set of pre-designed exercises.
    • Add exercise section title: Organise your program with section headings.
    • Add new exercise: Manually select and add individual exercises.
    • Rapid Insert: Use the exercise search tool to find and add exercises quickly.

Modify the program:

  • To edit exercises on a mobile device, press and hold an exercise for half a second.
  • On a PC or Mac, right-click on an exercise.
  • A menu will appear with options to insert templates or exercises, move items, replace exercises, or delete them.

Program overview and adjustments:

  • Click the icon at the top right for a full session overview.
  • To view or edit exercise parameters, click on an individual exercise. A pop-up will appear, showing sets, reps, and other details.

Save changes:

  • After adjustments, ensure all changes are saved. This might be automatic or require clicking a save button depending your device.

This feature offers a streamlined and intuitive approach to customise training programs. It empowers you to make on-the-fly adjustments, ensuring each session is perfectly tailored to your client's needs and circumstances.

*Note: The new feature is available only for newly created programs and new sessions based on a new program.
