Build a Multi-Week Program 

This tutorial will walk you through all steps of how to first build a Multi Week Program for a client using the Goxpro app.

Step 1: Click "Personal Coach App"
Access the Personal Coach section of the app.

Step 2: Navigate to the Clients Tab
Go to the Clients tab to view your client list.

Step 3: Open a Client Profile
Click on a client’s card to open their profile. This is where you’ll create their Multi-Week Program.

Step 4: Click the Programs Tab
Inside the client’s folder, click on the Programs tab.

Step 5: Create a New Multi-Week Program
Click the “Add” button at the top right to start a new Multi-Week Program.

Step 6: Select “Multi-Week Program”
Choose the “Multi-Week Program” option from the list and click “Add” to proceed.

Step 7: Name the Program
Click “Edit” to name your program, then click “Save” to confirm.

Step 8: Add Activities
Click the three dots to add your first activity, such as an evaluation, coached session, solo session, or a habit-forming challenge.

Step 9: Customise Activities
Select and customise each activity to fit your client’s needs. Use options like rapid add exercises, templates, or create custom activities.

Step 10: Review and Save
Once all activities are added, review your program and click “Save” to finalise.

Step 11: Duplicate or Add Weeks
Duplicate the first week or add new weeks to extend the program and make necessary adjustments.

Step 12: Save as a Template
If you’re satisfied with the program, save it as a template for future use.

Congratulations! You’ve successfully created a Multi-Week Program. Proceed to the next tutorial to learn how to schedule your program in your client’s calendar.
